You may see at our onPeak housing link that there is an option to book at "Government" rates. If you book at the government rate, you will need to present a physical government employee ID at check-in. Therefore, if you do not have this kind of ID, you do NOT qualify for the government rate. For example, those that work in higher education at a state school do not typically have this type of ID, so they do not qualify, even though they work for the state.
